PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
• Max. 32 years old
• D3/S1 graduate from Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Chemistry Engineering
• Have min 5 years relevant experience with 3 years in Supervisor level
• Knowhow plastic processing, injection system, hydraulic system, setting & adjustment injection blow, trouble shooting, instrumentation, PLC programming, Pre-Form quality, bottle quality, parameter technical for plastic
• Have good communication and leadership skill
• Have good knowledge of ISO 22000, ISO 14001, HACCP, ISO 14000 & SMK3

Requirements:

ENGINEERING ASS. MANAGER

Requirements:
• Male, S1/D3 from reputable University
• Educational Background: Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics
• Core experience:
• Utility Machinery (WWTP, WTP, Compressor, Genset/Turbine, HVAC, steam boiler and other thermodynamics/heat transfer equipment;
– Any kind of Production machinery and packaging machinery
– know how robot & PC operating machine, autocad, mold maintenance refurbish, machining tools, electrical background, understand electrical line diagram line,
– Hands on experience with EAM, Maintenance software and inventory software and others maintenance tools
• Candidate with latest experience as MAINTENANCE PLANNER and/or AREA ENGINEER from modern plant are strongly recommended
• Years of service : moderate > 7 years

ENGINEERING SHIFT SUPERVISORS
Requirements:
• Male, S1/D3 from reputable University
• Educational Background: Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics
• Specific requirement:
– Familiar with utility machinery, operation & maintenance, such as screw compressors, centrifugal compressor, R/O water, an-aerobic plant, boiler plant, gas engine operation and maintenance
– Familiar with pet bottle operation & maintenance would be advantage
– Familiar with SOP for maintenance and operation.
– Willing to stay close to factory and follow shift rotation.
– Min. 5 years working experience in respective area.

UTILITY ENGINEERING SUPERVISORS
Requirements:
• Male, S1/D3 from reputable University
• Educational Background: Any department which has related to the requirement
• Experience : Minimum 5 years on respective area.
• Having hands on experience on handling one of some bellow machines:
a. Gas Engine
– Experience on overhauling, maintenance & operation
– Having experience as Gas engine Service Engineers/Technicians
– Applicants who coming from gas engine vendors are welcome

b. Steam Boiler
– Experience in setting up of boiler maintenance programs as well as operating
Monitoring program.
– Knowledgeable on boiler water treatment

Requirements:

• Min 5 years hands on experience in Safety & Environmental as explained on above “Job Scope” (Safety, Environmental, Fire Brigade & First Aids, Waste Handling Management)
• Strong personality with executive skill to be a leader in a cross function departmental team
• Technical background with instrumentation know-how will be preferred
• Deep knowledge on Safety & Environmental standards
• Roles:
– Maintain the implementation of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 documents
– Responsible for Unsafe behavior reduction, zero accident & emission programs as well as people & company asset

– Develop deployment safety and environmental programs for all factory community
